As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, your role will be pivotal in driving sales and contributing to the company's goal of becoming the number one in engineering recruitment. With comprehensive training and full onboarding support, you will have the tools needed to excel and progress rapidly within the organisation.

The Role

• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed billing targets.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess fit and suitability.
• Utilise the Bullhorn CRM system to manage client and candidate interactions.
• Contribute to team objectives and the overarching goal of market leadership in engineering recruitment.
